Upon full payment, clients own the final content and deliverables produced. Viastetics Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless stated otherwise.
6. Revisions & Feedback
Revisions are included as stated in your package. Requests outside of scope or after final approval may incur additional charges.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with a written notice. In the event of early termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Viastetics Media Services Ltd is not liable for any loss of revenue, business, or data resulting from our services unless proven to be due to gross negligence.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
